We purchased a home from Craig and recently listed and sold a home with him. While this process is generally stressful on some level...there is absolutely NO stress with Craig. We have bought and sold & times and he is the best Realtor we have ever worked with! Craig takes care of even the smallest details during a transaction making it simple, easy and stress free for the Buyer/seller. On the selling side he Markets the home for the maximum exposure and sells it quickly! We recommend him without reservation!
Craig helped my mother who is 94 years old sell her shore home that was storm Sandy damaged. Mom is staying with me in Texas and will not get on an airplane. We had to do everything by emails and overnite. Craig did everything along with a LBI attny. and it was so well done that I can only say that he is a man that loves his work. Just a few days ago, I closed on my home in Beach Haven, thanks to the efforts of Craig. During the process of choosing an agent, I was told by a friend that Craig was the top ranking salesperson on LBI. He has a stellar reputation and based on my own personal experience, I can understand why. Craig had a laser focus on selling my home. He was respectful, professional and I received the utmost of service. It never ceased to amaze me how quickly he answered his phone, responded to emails and text messages. And, no kidding, he even answered a question I had by email at 11:30 PM !! We all know how stressful buying or selling house can be. Fortunately for me , Craig minimized my concerns, and I developed complete trust that everything would work out. It did. Needless to say, I would recommend Craig to anyone.
A good friend of mine had recommended Craig Stefanoni to me for our family to list our home for sale on LBI. After working with Craig for well over a year due to conflicting family views with one another, Superstorm Sandy in which the house sustained damage, and many other challenges, I was amazed by Craig's work ethic, Knowledge, and overall ability to work with each family member to keep us on track to get the job done. I know most agents would not have been able to navigate the rough waters that our family and our unique situation put Craig thru but he never gave up! Craig worked tirelessly through our challenging family situation to sell our home both before and after Superstorm Sandy. He kept us updated all the time with phone calls, messages, e-mail etc as was warranted.
