About Craig Stefanoni
I am of those lucky ones who love what they do for a living. In 1950, years before I was born, my grandparents built a summer home in Ship Bottom. From the time I was born my extended family and I spent every summer at the beach from the day school got out to the night before school went back. My childhood memories and love for LBI are what eventually landed me on the island year round. I started selling real estate in 1985 and have been selling homes full time on LBI for the past 39 years. My entire career has been spent working for the same owner under a variety of different company names with our most recent transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Zack Shore Realtors. In the years 2016 and 2017 I represented a combined total of 167 buyers and sellers on LBI totaling over $170 Million in closed sales. My best year yet was 2018 where I closed 83 homes for a total of $95 million. For the past three years I have averaged selling a home every 4.4 days! All of my hard work, dedication, and strong work ethic have earned me numerous awards and accolades throughout the years. My most recent awards included being ranked # 2 out of 46,000 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Agents nationwide along with being the #1 realtor in the US Northeast Region among Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents three years in a row.

Sharon and I reside in Haven Beach with our Shih Tzu, Frankie. Our daughter lives and works in NYC while our son is a Sophomore at USC in California where he is a member of the sailing team.
